MAINTENANCE

An Air Conditioning system requires annual maintenance and servicing to provide continuous peak performance, allowing it to maintain air quality to the high standards it offered when it was first installed.  Without annual maintenance Air Conditioning Systems will not run effectively or efficiently, leading to higher running costs as well as a loss of performance. Over the past we have encountered many air conditioning systems that have been neglected and not properly maintained. This often leads to parts failing and costly repairs. In particular, the coils of both indoor and outdoor units need to be regularly maintained to allow good air flow. We do this by cleaning, spraying and purging the coils with our specialist equipment, allowing air flow to be fully restored and the system to work to its full potential. We offer a range of maintenance plans varying from 3 months, 6 months, and yearly maintenances depending on the environment, our recommendation and what suits our clients best.
Our maintenance checks include:

• Ensuring electrical connections are secure and in working order
• Ensuring that gas pressures are optimal
• A thorough clean of both the inside and outdoor units
• Ensuring the system is generally working to its maximum potential

As with all modern day technology, sometimes Air Conditioning needs repairing. Our trained engineers are able to diagnose problems in a way that offers you the easiest and most cost effective solution. Wherever possible, we can supply parts and equipment to restore your air conditioning to a working state. Sometimes older and less maintained systems will need replacing. Poorly maintained air conditioning systems can deteriorate rapidly and it’s no surprise to us that major faults could have been avoided by regular air con maintenance. It is far more cost effective to maintain your Air Conditioning system rather than replace it.
