Here are a select few of our recent projects, they range from small high street names to the bigger corporate companies.

01 John Lewis Partnership

Excel Cooling Services Ltd were selected to carry out John Lewis’s R22 change over programs throughout the UK including there sister company Waitrose’s head office and main UK distribution centre in Bracknel.

As part of a five year roll out program to replace all of there existing R22 air conditioning systems throughout all their stores, John Lewis Partnership appointed Excel Cooling Services Ltd as there third party contractor throughout the majority of the stores throughout the UK.

John Lewis revealed that new air conditioning units would be required to replace the old units previously used in conjunction with R22 refrigerants as they were no longer commercially viable. As the third party, Excel Cooling Services Ltd designed system solutions appropriate for each installation, seeing the job through to installing the equipment.

Excel Cooling Services Ltd recovered all R22 refrigerants throughout the sites and were responsible for its safe disposable.

We also undertook a seven-month program at Waitrose’s main UK Distribution Centre to replace the R22 Air Conditioning systems with new systems, in which multiple VRV systems were installed and commissioned by Excel Cooling Services Ltd.

02 Sainsbury’s Supermarkets PLC

Excel Cooling Services Ltd also designs, supplies and installs a large number of air conditioning systems within the Sainsbury’s supermarket chain including there new builds, on these projects we are responsible for the for the entire project from design through to commissioning, We have been working with Sainsbury’s since our company was founded in 2000 and through hard work and our impeccable reputation we are still working along side Sainsbury’s to this day.

Sainsbury’s Local stores seem to be the main focus in recent years and Excel Cooling Services are proud to be able to put the name to a number of these stores.

03 Caffe Nero

Over the last four years we have built a close relationship with the Caffe Nero Group incorporating numerous installations and refurbishment works in there head office in Covent Garden and many of there coffee bars, not only are we responsible for a number of there air conditioning installations,  Excel Cooling Services also service and maintains the air conditioning at there head office and a number of there coffee bars.

Some of our recent projects with Caffe Nero include their Jermyn Street (Piccadilly), Kings Cross station and Charring Cross Branch, all of these projects required close attention at all times due to the delicate surroundings, and the nature of the buildings, Excel Cooling Services Ltd managed to see these projects through smoothly and without any problems.
